Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Members and SOY MEDIA (the "Company"), as well as the conditions and procedures for using IMYN, the interactive AI story platform operated by the Company ("IMYN"), and all related services.

By agreeing to these Terms, Members are deemed to have entered into a service agreement with the Company for IMYN without the need for a separate written contract.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

  1. Member: A user aged 13 or older who has agreed to these Terms and to the provision of personal information, and who has been granted the right to use the Service by entering into a service agreement with the Company.
  2. Non-Member: A person who uses part of the Service without entering into a service agreement.
  3. User: Both Members and Non-Members who access the Service and use it in accordance with these Terms.
  4. Service: IMYN, the platform where Users interact with AI characters to continue stories, and all content, tools, features, and related services provided through IMYN, regardless of the device used (including PCs, smartphones, and other wired or wireless devices).
  5. ID: The email address registered by a Member for identification and use of the Service, or identification information assigned in a manner determined by the Company.
  6. Content: All materials provided within the Service or created while using it, including Service Content, Member Content, and AI-Generated Content, in any form such as text, images, voice, sound, video, or any combination of these.
  7. Service Content: All data created by the Company and provided to Users through the Service, including text, images, AI chat content (characters, stories, settings, etc.), system UI, sound, video, and any combination of these. This includes messages the Company proactively sends to Users for operational and marketing purposes (push notifications, system announcements, etc.), but does not include Member Content or AI-Generated Content.
  8. Member Content: All data that Members post or create while using the Service, including symbols, text, images, voice, sound, video, and any combination of these. This includes general posts as well as prompts, introductions, and descriptions that Members enter or set to create AI chat content, and images they upload (including images created with external AI tools). AI-Generated Content as defined in item 10 is not included.
  9. Member Input: Messages such as questions, commands, and replies that Members enter in real time to interact with AI while using the Service.
  10. AI-Generated Content: All output, such as text, images, voice, and video, that an AI model generates based on what Members enter (text prompts, Member Input, accumulated records of AI-Generated Content, images, voice, uploaded files, etc.) or on data provided by the Service.
  11. Paid Service: All features, content, and goods within the Service that Members can use or purchase for a fee.
  12. Halo: Virtual currency granted according to the standards and rates set by the Company's operating policy when a Member posts Member Content that other Members can use, or completes activities set by the Company such as ad participation, missions, or events. Halo can be used within the Service or exchanged for other goods in a manner determined by the Company.
